Alison was always available by cell phone and even accessible when she had an overseas trip scheduled. Alison is wonderful, she sold me my condo on Siesta Key in 2009 and we have been in touch since. She helped me when I was deciding on whether to move to a condo in downtown Sarasota, or a community such as Sunrise Preserve or to a home not affiliated with an HOA. She has been patient since it was a few years before I retired that I started my search. I always recommend her to family and friends who are house hunting. Alison is patient and listens to the customer, she adapts her style to the customer's style so I felt very comfortable taking her advice since I knew she had my best interest at heart. I lived in the NY and NJ area all my life and have had realtors who just didn't listen and that is the worst because I felt they just wanted their commission and didn't care if I were happy or not. Alison is the antithesis of this type of realtor, she really does care. Home buying, as you well know, is about the biggest purchase a person/family can make and it is not easy. Alison helped relieve the stress of this life-changing decision, especially since I was relocating from NJ to Sarasota. I have found a great realtor and a good friend and you should know how great she is.
